Sashma Technologies is the IT and digital arm of Sashma Group, an engineering group with twelve years of experience delivering EPC, automation, power and facilities work across the Gulf and India.
Most software written for contractors is written by people who have never raised a request for quotation, chased a receipt from a site, or tried to find a tool that walked off a job. We have. Our applications began as answers to problems inside the group — work that was being done in spreadsheets, paper vouchers and shared folders — and were built alongside the people doing it.
That shapes how we work with clients too. We would rather understand how a process actually runs, including the workarounds, than deliver something tidy that nobody uses. The measure of a system is whether the people on site and in the office still use it six months after handover.

Sashma Technologies did not start as a software company looking for clients. It started because the group needed better systems than spreadsheets, paper vouchers and shared folders — and nothing on the market fitted the way engineering and contracting work actually runs.
So we built them. Then clients in the same sectors asked for the same things. That is the whole origin story, and it is why our software assumes site conditions, approval chains and audit trails rather than treating them as edge cases.
