Sashma Technologies ("Sashma", "we") is the technology arm of an industrial engineering group, headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Data we collect
When you contact us via this website we collect your name, work email, company, role and the message content. Server logs record IP address, user agent and timestamps for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
We use your data to respond to your enquiry, arrange briefings, and — where you have opted in — send occasional insights. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Legal basis
We rely on your consent (contact form) and our legitimate interest in operating a secure website. Where PDPL (Saudi Arabia) or GDPR (EU) applies you have rights of access, rectification, deletion and objection.
Retention
Contact submissions are retained for 24 months after last interaction and then deleted or anonymised.
Third parties
Website hosting, email delivery and privacy-preserving analytics (Plausible) are provided by trusted subprocessors under written agreements.
